Noto Serif Font Family
Noto Serif Font Family is a unique and beautiful sans serif that Google made on October 9, 2018. When a computer renders text, there may be characters in the text that cannot be displayed because no font that supports them is available for the Computer. When this happens, simple packing containers are used to represent humans. We’ve been in contact with those small containers known as “tofu,” and we’d like to remove tofu from the Website.
That’s how the Noto-type families got their name. Noto contributes to the enhancement of the online experience across all platforms and languages. Noto currently supports roughly thirty scripts, with the possibility of expanding to encompass all of Unicode in the future. This is the Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic Serif family. It is suggested and comes in Common, Daring, Italic, and Daring Italic designs.
It’s a descendant of Droid, and it, like Droid, has a sister serif family, Noto Sans. Noto fonts are available as online fonts from the Google Internet Fonts Early Obtain site for a variety of other languages. Noto typefaces are designed to be visually consistent across languages, with similar heights and stroke widths. The Font is classified as basic and sans serif.
Noto font can be used as UI for websites and apps, as Google’s Material Design suggests. The Font is also suitable for brochures, posters, business cards, letter paper, and envelopes. The sans serif will look great in video captions, subtitles, and other text. The typeface will also look nice on billboards and landmarks, such as those in the city center or at train stations. The Font works well in elevated news articles, aviation, and educational apps.
