Barcelona Font Download Free

Barcelona fonts are typefaces named for, or inspired by, the city of Barcelona in Spain or by its football club, F.C. Barcelona. This page covers four Barcelona fonts, with a generator and download buttons. The licenses differ from font to font, so check each one before you use it.

About the Barcelona font

Barcelona is a city in Spain known for its culture, its architecture, and its football team. F.C. Barcelona is the club that represents the city. Designers have made several fonts that draw on the city’s name, its sports identity, or its look.

The fonts below come from different designers and cover different styles. A club-style face, a simple 2012 design, a handwritten script, and a bold 2019 to 2020 face each suit different projects. Compare them with your own text before you choose.

F.C. Barcelona Font

It is described as the official font of F.C. Barcelona. Fontworks, a Japanese company that makes sports fonts, created it in 2016. The font appears on the club’s logo, on jersey numbers, and in marketing materials.

The font is dynamic and expressive. Because it is tied to a club, do not assume you may use it for your own team or merchandise. Read the license first.

Barcelona 2012 Font

This font is by Roca Font, a Spanish designer, and it was inspired by the F.C. Barcelona logo. The look is simple and elegant with a sporty, modern feel. It supports Latin-based languages and some special characters.

This font is free for personal use only. Personal projects such as a fan poster or a school sign fit that rule, but a paid or business project needs its own check.

Barcelona Demo Font

This handwritten script is by Vultype Co. It has many swashes and curls, and it suits uses such as weddings, calligraphy, and handmade crafts.

This font has no connection to the club. Its name only shares a link to the city. Choose it for a script look, not for club branding.

Barcelona 19-20 Font

This is a bold, stylish, sporty font inspired by the club. It is a paid font that you can download and install. Treat it as a licensed font, and confirm the terms before you use it on any product.

How to use the Barcelona fonts

• Pick the font that matches your use. The F.C. Barcelona option suits club-themed work, while the Demo script suits wedding or craft designs.
• Test the font at the size you plan to print or post. Bold faces can fill up a small space quickly.
• Read each license before you use the font on a shirt, a sign, or any item you sell.

To install a font on a computer, right-click the file on Windows and choose Install. On a Mac, open the file and select Install Font in Font Book. Restart your design app so the font appears in the list.
