Danganronpa Font

The Danganronpa font is not one single typeface. It is a group of fonts that fans link to the Danganronpa game series, a mystery video game series made by Spike Chunsoft. The look is condensed, slanted and a little old-fashioned, which is why people use it for fan edits, title cards and thumbnails.

About the Danganronpa font

The logo text is slanted, with strong outlines and a clear pink edge in many artworks. Fans often ask which font the series uses. The logo is probably custom-made or edited from other fonts, as most game logos are. We have not found a public source that names one exact font for the logo, so the fonts below are close matches, not confirmed ones.

Three fonts come up most often when people compare them with the logo and the in-game text. Each one has a short note below and its own download and generator buttons.

Danganronpa font options

Serpentine Sans ICG Bold Oblique

This is the closest match to the Danganronpa logo lettering. It is a bold, slanted sans-serif, so it fits short titles and headings well.

Dorblue Font

Dorblue matches some of the letter shapes in the logo, but not all of them. Compare it with the logo before you choose it for a project.

Goodbye Despair Font

Goodbye Despair is designed and published by UkiyoMoji Fonts. It is based on the text used in the video game Super Danganronpa 2, and some of its characters match the logo.

The introduction screen of Danganronpa V3 uses other typefaces, including Gill Sans MT and Myanmar MN. Both are included in the generator below.
