Eurostile is a geometric sans serif with square proportions and a clean, futuristic look. You see it on signs, product packaging, science fiction films and tech logos. It is a commercial font, so check the license before you use it in paid work.
About the Eurostile font
Aldo Novarese designed Eurostile, and the Italian foundry Nebiolo published it in 1962. Novarese had also helped design Microgramma, a titling face with only uppercase letters. Eurostile was made to replace it, with a family that has more weights and widths and a lowercase set.
The letters have rounded forms with square proportions. That mix gives the font a clean, machine-made look, which is why designers reach for it when a title needs to feel modern or technical.
Science fiction is the style’s best-known home, and Star Trek used it for starship identification codes. You will also see Eurostile on store signs and in graphic design. The family has many styles, including extended, condensed and heavy versions.

How to use Eurostile font
On Windows, download the font file, right-click it and choose Install. On a Mac, double-click the file and select Install Font in Font Book. Restart your design app if the font does not show up in its menu.
In Canva, check the font list first. If Eurostile is not there and your plan allows font uploads, upload a copy you are licensed to use. Otherwise, save your title as a PNG from a desktop app and place that image in Canva.
Eurostile works best for short titles, logos, signs and posters. In long paragraphs the square shapes tire the eye, so set body text in a plainer sans.
