About the Elden Ring font
Elden Ring is an action role-playing game made by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It came out in February 2022 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The game is set in a large open world with tough enemies.
Mantinia Regular is a serif font with fine serifs and small decorative details at the ends of the strokes. Its thick and thin strokes differ a lot in weight, which designers call high contrast. That contrast gives the letters a bold, formal look.
Matthew Carter is a well-known type designer. He also designed Georgia, Verdana and Tahoma, which are common fonts on screens and in print.

How to use Elden Ring font
On Windows, download the font file, right-click it and choose Install. On a Mac, double-click the file and select Install Font in Font Book. Restart your design app if the font does not appear in its list.
Mantinia works best for titles, chapter headings and posters. For long body text, a plainer serif such as Georgia is easier to read. Thin serifs can blur on screens at small sizes, so test the font at the size you plan to use.
In Canva, search the font list for Mantinia first. If it is missing and your plan allows uploads, upload the font file. If not, type the text in a desktop app, save it as a PNG and place that image in Canva.
If you plan to use the font on merchandise, in a logo or in any paid project, check the license first.
