Grundschrift is a new handwritten and script typeface. “Ground script” is a literal translation, although “base script” is a more appropriate German to English translation. It’s a simpler form of handwriting that German schools across the globe have adopted. Unlike cursive script, each letter in the Grundschrift alphabet is written separately as a block letter. This font is intended for use as a learning and didactical aid in the classroom. The font is designed and shared by Christian Urff.
This Font also has International Language and Symbols Support Punctuation and Number PUA Unicode Range Standard Stylistic Alternates Stylistic Set 1-16 Character Variant Contextual. The font comes in two different formats: TTF and OTF. You’ll need an application that supports OpenType capabilities, such as Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Indesign & CorelDraw X6-X7, Microsoft Word 2010, or later versions, to activate the OpenType Stylistic alternatives. The Font is also compatible with Windows, Apple/Mac OS X, Linux, Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines.
