The Naruto logo is custom lettering owned by the creators and publishers, so the real font cannot be downloaded. The closest match is Ninja Naruto, a free fan font by sk89q that copies the broken, uneven edges of the logo. It has capital letters only.
About the Naruto font
Naruto is a manga by Masashi Kishimoto about Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who wants to become the Hokage, the leader of his village. The anime was produced by Pierrot and Aniplex and first aired on TV Tokyo on October 3, 2002. According to Wikipedia, the manga has sold over 250 million copies in 46 countries.
The title lettering is thick, rough and hand-drawn. The edges look chipped, like brush strokes cut into wood. Because it was drawn for the series, no standard font matches it perfectly. Ninja Naruto is the best-known stand-in, made by sk89q and published in 2004 by The Risen Realm and Keiichi Anime Forever.
Ninja Naruto font

Both the logo and the fan font share jagged, uneven edges. The fan font comes in a single style with uppercase letters, numbers and a limited set of symbols, so type your text in capitals. It is a good fit for stickers, mugs, hoodies, posters, thumbnails and game mods.
