Theano Didot font
Alexey Kryukov’s Theano Didot font is a free and open-source sans serif typeface released under the Open Font License (OFL) on November 6, 2018.
Theano Didot Font is based on historical examples. The Font was originally intended to be Greek-only faces, but it was discovered that it was exciting to complement them with thematically compatible Latin letters, thus procreating the common look of old classical text editions. The Font can be purchased on Creativemarket, but it is also usually available as a free download. The Font is available in TTF and OTF formats.
Usage
Many textbooks, newspapers, and publications use Theano Didot Font as the primary overall body textual content typeface. The Font was created in response to the increasing demand for typefaces in secular Greek writings. The beautiful Font Theano Didot was made to be readable in long-form text, both with and without phonetic marks.
